They are not a company hiring people to work at home, their site is a job board that posts hundreds of work at home/flexible jobs every day that you can browse, and it’s not free to access. They work with a ton of legit employers to find candidates, and the reason they charge a subscription fee is because they do not use advertisements on their site for making money like many other websites.
Think long and hard before shelling out any money: Some work-at-home jobs will require you to purchase materials or equipment to get started, and while that doesn’t mean they’re not legitimate, it should be a red flag. If you are asked to pay for equipment, make sure you understand what you’re buying, and from whom. Also ask about the return policy for your equipment if your new gig doesn’t work out.

Many do have people fill out questionnaires, to make sure that candidates match the requirements and needs of the company, basically an on-line interview. Don’t give up, I’m sure you will find the right match with persistence.
